1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect or fault in the product.
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized products, such as photo frames or gifts made to order.
  • Items that show signs of wear and tear or misuse.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at support@aliveprints.in with your order details and proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the defect).
  2. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
